What actually makes a role (or company) neurodivergent-friendly?

After five jobs where I burnt out, I finally found one that works. Not because it's easy — it's not. But:

- Flexible deadlines (not everything is urgent) - Async is normal (I don't have to perform focus eight hours a day) - A manager who gets it (judges results, not how I work) - Remote option (no sensory-overload commute) - Real mental-health days, not frowned upon

It's rare, but it exists. What's made a role actually sustainable for you? What's non-negotiable?

This is the hopeful one — proof that sustainable roles exist. Let's name the green flags so the next person can look for them in a job description. What's your single non-negotiable?

Async plus 'results not hours' is my non-negotiable now. The day a manager said 'I don't care when you do it, just keep me posted,' my whole nervous system unclenched.
